We are looking for Technical Recruiter/Sr.Technical Recruiter.
Candidates having experience in IT Recruitment
Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment(Domestic).
* Must have good Comm Skill and English language skills.
* Must have very strong Technical Skills
* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Using Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, Times Jobs etc. to post jobs, source and screen candidates.
* Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
* Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
* Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info
Should be ready to work on Contract Hiring.
