Should be a dynamic & matured individual with excellent people skill, willing to work in factory location, all round experience in HR,IR & administration.

Reporting to Vice President (Operations), he would be responsible for IR & HR activities of the factory & associated local issues, Union handling. Should be aware of local culture, language & labor laws.

Graduate & MBA-HR with 10 -15 years of relevant factory experience desired.

Desired Candidate should have a knowledge of statutory Compliances under various Industrial Laws. i.e. PF ESI Bonus Gratuity & Factories Act all levels involving liaison with external agencies Govt. authorities & offices etc., and IR Job Description Exp in HR and IR including recruitment and retention conflict resolution labour relations and benefit administration, Union handling. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management employee relations.
